Contact Cymru Stronger Futures Progamme: Information Event in Wrexham
As part of their Stronger Futures Programme, Contact Cymru is running an Information Event in Wrexham on Tuesday, 20th October. It is an opportunity for parents, carers, families, partner organisations and anyone interested to find out more about how the programme will support the families of disabled children in the area.
