Survey for guide dog users - access refusals
The Guide Dogs organisation is asking guide dog users to complete a short survey about any access refusals they have experienced in the past 12 months.
An access refusal is when you are challenged about your right to enter or are refused entry to a business or service with your guide dog. The survey consists of six questions. You can complete it here. If you would like to complete it via the telephone, please call 0118 354 0580.
