Contact Cymru is running a new online drop-in service for families of children with additional needs. Sessions take place every Thursday morning between 11:00-12:00 during term time. The drop-ins are run by our parent volunteers, who provide a safe space to talk about information and experiences. Building Resilience: Well-being Workshops for Parent Carers in Wales (Brecon)
Free 8-session programme for parent carers with a disabled child living in Wales. For more information, click the link provided. The 8 workshops are geared up to help parent carers recognise their individual strengths, build confidence, share knowledge, and experience whilst receiving support.
