Grants from VICTA

VICTA provide grants for children and young people for visual aid equipment and for vacation schemes.

VICTA events and activities

VICTA organise a wide range of activities and week-ends for vi children and their families. Although most activities are in England so likely to be impractical for people from Wales, the longer breaks are worth considering.

VICTA Parent Workshop - Children’s Mental Health Support (online)

A chance for parents of children with vision impairment to hear from a panel of vision impaired speakers, who through their lives and their work have not only addressed personal mental health issues, but have used their voices and platforms to raise awareness and to advocate. VICTA/Blind in Business 'Exceeding Expectations' Webinar

As part of National Careers Week, Blind in Business and VICTA are running a free webinar for young people aged 14 to 17 years titled 'Exceeding Expectations'.
