Usher Syndrome survey
Researchers from Moorfields Eye Hospital and the University College London (UCL) are asking people with Usher Syndrome to participate in a study to gain a better understanding of health, lifestyle and attitudes of people living with this condition.
It is hoped that the results of the survey will help to improve healthcare services provided to people with Usher syndrome. The survey is open to anyone aged over 18 years with a diagnosis of Usher syndrome. Taking part involves completing an online survey which takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Participation is voluntary and all responses are confidential and anonymous.
