Contact Cymru 'Wellbeing in Nature' Workshop - For Dads and Male Carers
Contact Cymru is running a 'Wellbeing in Nature' Workshop for dads and male carers with a disabled child living in in the Wrexham/Flintshire area.
The free event will be held on Saturday 10th October at Woodland Classroom, Fagl Lane, Hope LL12 9HB. You will spend time outdoors doing simple, relaxing activities that help reduce stress, lift your mood, and support your overall wellbeing. To find out more and book a a place, click here.
