Sight Loss Council - Local Action Group for Betsi Cadwaladr Area

The next meeting of the Local Action Group for the Betsi Cadwaladr Area will be held on Friday 11th September.

If you are vision impaired and live in the Betsi Cadwaladr area we want to hear from you. A Local Action Group meets on a quarterly basis. It is a space for people with lived experience to share views and help to shape local services. No experience is required just a passion to make positive change. There is no obligation to attend every meeting. Each session focuses on a different theme, with a guest speaker joining us to share their knowledge.

The theme of the next meeting will be public transport with a focus on your local bus service. Speakers TBC. Meeting details are:

  • When: Friday 11th September
  • Time: Registration from 10:30am
  • Finish: 3pm approx
  • Location: Conwy Business Centre, Junction Way, Llandudno Junction. LL31 9XX
  • Lunch: A buffet lunch is provided. Please indicate when booking if you have a dietary requirement.
Carers: We can only allow 1 carer per person – Please do not book a place for a carer if they are not staying for lunch. Please note we will be using the microphone throughout the meeting and there is a loop system in the room.
