Description: ECLO based at Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport. Provides emotional support, information, assistance and signposts on to many different services to help at this difficult time. The ECLO can bridge the gap between health and social care for people with sight loss. The ECLO attends the clinic 3 days a week but if a patient needs support they will make arrangements, and they take referrals 5 days a week
