Description: A telephone helpline for members which is available between 9.00 am and 8.00 pm on weekdays and between 10 am and 6 pm on weekends and bank holidays (see website for full details). It is run by volunteers so answerphones may be used at certain times. Callers who leave a message are contacted as soon as possible at the Society's expense.

Cost: There is a charge for membership although this is waived for people in receipt of benefits.
