Child Protection Key Worker
Definition: The Key Worker is responsible for: making sure that the outline Plan is developed and agreed by the Core Group into a more detailed inter-agency Plan; acting as lead worker for the inter-agency work with the young person or their and child(ren) and family; ensuring communication and co-ordination between members and arranging Core Group meetings and minutes; completing the Core Assessment within the maximum 35 working days.
