Contact Cymru launch 'Stronger Futures' - New support for families in Denbighshire and Wrexham
Contact Cymru has announced a new programme of support for families of disabled children living in Denbighshire and Wrexham. 'Stronger Futures' follows a similar programme, 'Claiming with Confidence' which has been running in Conwy and Gwynedd.
Support will include benefits advice, one to one appointments with a specialist Parent Adviser, drop in sessions with other parents and signposting to useful services. For full details of the help available, including a link to book an appointment, click here.
