Find out about MACS counselling service at a Zoom Session

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, MACS is running an informal Zoom session where you can meet their counsellor and find out more about counselling support, how you can work together to improve mental wellbeing, and whether the service feels right for you.

Taking action for your mental wellbeing can look different for everyone. It might be reaching out for support, taking time to rest, talking openly about how you’re feeling, or simply learning more about the help available to you. With that in mind, Sally, the counsellor at MACS, will be running an informal Zoom session on Tuesday 19th May from 7–8 PM. Anyone aged 16+ is welcome, as well as parents wanting information to pass along. Cameras and microphones can be kept off if preferred. You can register for the session here.

You can find out more about the counselling support available to people affected by Microphthalmia, Anophthalmia and Coloboma here.

Or if you’d like to discuss sessions at any point please contact kim@macs.org.uk.
