LOOK Healthy Parent Carer Programme - Autumn 2026 and Spring 2027 schedule
LOOK's Healthy Parent Carer Programme is a free course for parents and carers of visually impaired children and young people in the UK. This course gives you time to focus on yourself, meet other parents, and learn simple ways to support your own wellbeing. Booking is open for presentations of the course in Autumn 2026 and Spring 2027.
Each course consists of 12 weekly sessions and is held via Zoom. Although there is no fee for the course, parents are asked to commit to attending all of the sessions. The Autumn course starts on 15th September and the Spring one starts on 13th January. There's a lot more information on the course, including a short video and how to apply on the LOOK here.
