BBS Active at Home - (British Blind Sport)

Our audio-led sessions have helped blind and partially sighted people keep active from their homes during the pandemic and have continued to be enjoyed by people around the world. BBS hosts a virtual live workout week at the beginning of each month, with a different exercise class taking place each weekday evening at 6pm. At the end of the workout week, the BBS team upload recordings of the workouts to our YouTube channel for those who were unable to attend.

Bike Ability - (Sight Life)

Cycling activities for people with sight loss. Every Wednesday from 12pm - 1pm at Dunvant Rugby Club, Swansea. All sessions must be pre-booked. Contact BikeAbility direct on 07584 044284.

Sight Life Ramblers - (Sight Life)

The group usually meets monthly at Jones Court to travel by VEST bus which costs around £6/7 depending on location. Walks in the countryside, usually around 5 or 6 miles. Days rotate Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
