Description: The group (ages range from 30-65) offers peer support and regular Zoom and face-to-face meetings fortnightly on a Friday morning between 11am - 1pm. Activities on Zoom include baking, arts and crafts, quizzes, and bingo etc. Previous activities have also included picnics, archery, accessible cycling, and bushcraft sessions. The group also invites guest speakers. They wor with partner organisations such as Cambrian Village Trust, RHA Wales and Transport for Wales on various projects such as cooking, gardening and confident traveller initiatives.
