Delivered in partnership with Rubicon Dance, this is a fun and energetic movement session. It is completely adaptable and can be done seated or standing. This is a great activity to increase fitness levels, have fun and meet new people. Music will be adapted to suit individual preferences. This session is particularly suitable for people aged 18+ with complex disabilities and sensory impairments.
