Minority Ethnic Communities Health Fair 2026
This year's Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair will be held on Wednesday 28th October from 10:00 to 15:00 (Free drop-in) at Fitzalan High School, Leckwith Road, Cardiff, CF11 8AP. The theme is 'Prevention Today. Better Health Tomorrow'
The event is an attempt to reach as many diverse populations as possible across Cardiff and to inspire better health and wellbeing for all. This includes helping people recognise signs of illness and know how to act if they’re feeling unwell. Exhibitors will include RNIB Cymru, Diabetes UK and Sight Cymru.
