LOOK Healthy Parent Carer Programme - Update
The Autumn 2026 presentation of LOOK's Healthy Parent Carer Programme is now fully subscribed, but an additional presentation of the course has been scheduled in Spring 2027.
The Healthy Parent Carer Programme is a free course for parents and carers of visually impaired children and young people in the UK. This course gives you time to focus on yourself, meet other parents, and learn simple ways to support your own wellbeing. Each course consists of 12 weekly sessions and is held via Zoom. Although there is no fee for the course, parents are asked to commit to attending all of the sessions. Dates for the Spring courses are:
- Tuesday evenings · 6pm–8pm · starting 12th January 2027
- Wednesday mornings · 10am–12pm · starting 13th January 2027
