VICTA's next Parent Workshop will be on Tuesday 30th June. The subject is 'Building Connections: Supporting social skills, friendships and confidence in children with vision impairment'.
This workshop is aimed at parents/carers of primary-school aged children and will explore how sight loss can influence social development, while considering practical strategies to support children’s independence, social confidence and positive peer relationships at home, in school and in the wider community. There is a charge of £5 for attendees.
