RNIB updates their Sight Loss Data Tool
RNIB's Sight Loss Data Tool has been updated. It is the UK’s biggest collection of eye health and sight loss data, which helps people understand eye health and sight loss at a local level.
It's a valuable resource for commissioners, charities and anyone who wants to better understand sight loss and eye health needs in their area. The updated tool includes practical eye health insights across a range of topics, including:
- estimates for the number of people living with sight loss and specific eye conditions
- health and social care activity data
- local area data and risk factors linked to eye health
