Ceredigion Association for the Blind seeks volunteers for their Technical Support Service

Ceredigion Association of the Blind is looking for three volunteers for their Technical Support Service to cope with increasing demand:

  • One temporary volunteer to work in the north of the county
  • Two permanent volunteers to cover the mid and south of the county
Technology volunteers support clients by offering advice on technologies which increase their independence, and then, if required, help with the set up and training on the equipment, if purchased. This involves an initial telephone contact, followed by a visit to the client's home. Travel expenses will be paid and training will be provided.
