West Wales Vipers Goalball Club - Training Session in April
West Wales Vipers Goalball Club is running training session in Carmarthen on Saturday 4th April.
The venue is Ysgol Bro Myrddin, Carmarthen SA32 8DN. It will follow the usual format:
- 12pm setting up the court
- 1-2pm Gwiberod Bach
- 2-4pm Vipers
- A free buffet from 4pm.
The Gwiberod Bach sessions are a fun way of introducing younger children to the concept of goalball with plenty of games with the ball-with-a-bell so that the children get used to tracking a ball by sound. It’s a very relaxed hour of fun and games and children who attend on a regular basis range from 3 to 9 years old. There’ll be refreshments in the staff room to follow. Sighted siblings and friends are also very welcome to attend.
