'Preparing for Adulthood' Intensive Courses at New College Worcester
New College Worcester is running two further presentations of its course for blind and vision impaired young people aged 11 to 19 - 'Preparing for Adulthood'.
The courses will be held on 7th February and 14th March at NCW's campus, and are intended to build the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to navigate life after school. Whether that is the next step in education, the world of work or preparing for living independently, this course will provide expert training, techniques and clever tips to help navigate the adult world. It will focus on three key areas: independent living skills, mobility/orientation and access technology. There is a charge of £500 per child.
