Aberystwyth and District VI Club
Aberystwyth and District VI Club meets on the first Monday of the month.
The next meeting will be on 6th July at Y Morlan, Queens Road, Aberystwyth. Doors open at 1.30 for 2.00 p.m. This month's guest speaker is Sue Jones-Davies , who will be leading a light-hearted and introductory session to seated yoga.
