Contact Cymru Parent/Carer survey
Contact Cymru is asking parents and carers of children with disabilities in Wales to complete a short survey about the support that they need. The results will help the charity to push for more support and better resources.
The short survey (5–10 minutes, mostly tick-boxes) looks at where you go for advice and support, what support you most need right now and how well you feel your voice is heard by politicians and decision makers. The survey is anonymous, and every response makes a difference.
