Macular Society Local Support Groups in North Wales
The The Macular Society runs support groups at venues across North Wales, providing support, information and companionship to people affected by macular conditions.
This is the current schedule:
- Aberele Support Group: 3rd Monday of every month @ 1.30pm at Hafod y Park, Abergele, Conwy
- Dolgellau Support Group: 3rd Wednesday of every month @ 1.30pm at Theatr Fach, Dolgellau, Gwynedd
- Llangollen Support Group: 4th Monday of every month @ 11am at The Hand Hotel, Llangollen, Denbighshire
- Aberystwyth Support Group: 4th Wednesday of every month @ 1pm at Tesco Community Centre, Park Avenue, Aberystwyth
- Llanbedr Support Group: 4th Thursday of every month @ 1.30pm at Llanbedr Community Hall, Llanbedr, Gwynedd
- Tywyn Group: 1st Tuesday of every month @ 11am at Neuad Pendre, Tywyn, Gwynedd
- Ruthin Group: 2nd Thursday of every month @ 11am at Leyland Centre, Ruthin
- Llandudno Group: 1st Monday of every month @ 11am at Venue: Craig y Don Community Centre, Llandudno, Conwy
- Newtown Group: 1st Monday of every month @ 2pm at MCRA Plas Dolerw, Newtown, Powys
- Welshpool Group: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month @ 2pm at Methodist Church, High Street, Welshpool
