Give your views on type 2 diabetes services in Cardiff and Vale
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are seeking views on how type 2 diabetes services are delivered across Cardiff and The Vale for patients of all ages.
These services include Diabetic Eye Screening, which looks for diabetic eye disease (diabetic retinopathy) before any symptoms show, and should be carried out regularly.
You can find out more and complete the survey here. This webpage also has information about how to respond via email or telephone. The closing date for responses is Sunday 1st September.
