Transport for All issues guidance for frontline bus and rail staff
Transport for All, the pan-impairment organisation, that focuses exclusively on transport, has issued two new guidance documents for frontline bus and railway staff, setting out quick and simple ways for them to better meet the needs of deaf, disabled and older passengers as they return to transport networks.
Guide Dogs was one of the disability organisations contributing to this work. Although the documents state that they are for staff in England, the comprehensive and detailed advice is equally applicable to Wales. You can find out more, and read both documents here.
