How to complain about inaccessible websites - AbilityNet factsheet
Website accessibility remains a problem for people with sight loss: for every 10 disabled users encountering barriers online, on average only one will complain about issues they encounter, and the other nine will give up or take their business elsewhere. Now AbilityNet, the organisation that helps people with disabilities to use digital technology at work, at home or in education, has produced a factsheet, with advice about how to complain.
'How to complain about inaccessible websites' covers topics such as identifying key contacts, describing the problem and escalation. You can read it here.
