Welsh-language bus announcements survey
RNIB Cymru is looking at the accessibility of Welsh-language audio announcements on buses, and would like to hear from blind and partially sighted people who speak or understand Welsh, whether a little or a lot.
RNIB Cymru have put together a short survey to find out about people’s experiences of Welsh-language bus announcements, and want to know whether announcements are available when expected, whether they are easy to hear and understand, what works well and what could be improved. If you are blind or partially sighted, use buses and speak or understand some Welsh, they would love to hear from you.
The survey can be completed in Welsh or English. It survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.
Please also pass the survey on through your networks to other blind and partially sighted people who may be able to share their experiences. Your feedback will help RNIB Cymru build a clearer picture of how Welsh-language bus announcements are working for passengers and whether there are areas that could be improved. Thank you for taking part or helping to spread the word.
