Change 100, the internship programme for people with disabilities is open for applications.
The scheme was previously run by Leonard Disability but is now run by Ability Pathways (CIC), owned by Ingeus – a leading provider of employment and skills programmes with over 30 years of experience. Change 100 provides paid roles including internships with major employers, guidance on workplace adjustments, and access to professional development and mentoring. It is open to people with a disability or a long-term condition under the Equality Act 2010. who are in their penultimate or final year of university-level study or have graduated within the last five years.
