West Wales Vipers Goalball Club - Summer Sessions
West Wales Vipers Goalball Club, in association with the Royal Blind Children's Society have some events planned for the summer, details as follows:
- Saturday 18th July – Junior Inspire Day in partnership with RSBC, and regular Vipers Training Session at Ysgol Bro Myrddin, Carmarthen SA32 8DN. There will be an extended Gwiberod Bach 12-2pm session to allow new players in the 3-10 age range from all areas of Wales to join for a taster session, with refreshments provided. Places can be booked via RSBC here. This will be followed by the usual Vipers Training Session from 2-4pm, and Inspire Day attendees are welcome to stay for this session and the free buffet and social afterwards from 4pm.
- Saturday 8th August – Inspire Day for 11 – 25 year olds 11am-4pm at University of Wales Trinity Saint David Sports Centre, Carmarthen, SA31 3EP. An action-packed day of taster sessions, skills training and masterclasses in partnership with RSBC, expertly led by Goalball UK’s Kathryn Fielding, GB Men’s Jack Peters and GB Women and South Wales Dragons’ Catrin Young. Places can be book via RSBC here. An hour for the Gwiberod Bach will be included during the session and it will include a free buffet lunch.
- Friday 14th August - The Vipers will be having a BBQ to celebrate this season’s achievements and this will include our AGM. Time and location (in Llandybie) to be shared on request. If you would rather attend the AGM online, please let us know so that we can send you the link.
