Disability Wales launches 'Access to Politics: Charter for Political Parties'
Disability Wales has launched 'Access to Politics: Charter for Political Parties', a practical roadmap for political parties to support the meaningful participation, representation and influence of disabled people in political life across Wales.
The Charter is designed to addresses the inequality that disabled people make up one fifth of the Welsh population, yet this is not reflected in elected and decision-making roles. You can find out more and read the Charter here.
