Sight Life Wellbeing Workshops and Young Persons Project in Swansea
In addition to its programme of regular activities, Sight Life is running Wellbeing Workshops and a Young Persons Project in Swansea.
The six weekly Wellbeing Workshops will be held at the Collaboration Station in Swansea, and are designed to support people living with sight loss. These sessions cover a range of practical and empowering topics, including assistive technology, strategies for living with sight loss, and health and wellbeing. The workshops aim to provide valuable information, build confidence, and create a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and learn new skills to enhance their independence and quality of life. To register your interest or to find out more please contact the Swansea Office on 01792 776360.
The Young Persons Project is designed to help young people (aged 18-25) with visual impairment gain valuable work experience and volunteering opportunities.
