Preparing for Adulthood Intensive Course at New College Worcester
New College Worcester is running a course for blind and vision impaired young people aged 11 to 19 on Saturday 15th November - 'Preparing for Adulthood'.
The course will be held at NCW's campus, and is intended to build the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to navigate life after school. Whether that is the next step in education, the world of work or preparing for living independently, this course will provide expert training, techniques and clever tips to help navigate the adult world. It will focus on three key areas: independent living skills, mobility/orientation and access technology. There is a charge of £500 per child.
