Be My Eyes announces pilot programme with BT and EE

Be My Eyes is collaborating with communications providers BT and EE to launch a pilot program bringing on-demand visual support to blind and low-vision customers in the UK.

With this new option in the Be My Eyes app, BT and EE customers can connect directly with trained support teams for help with:

  • Account information
  • Navigating BT and EE services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
The pilot will run for six months, gathering feedback from the community to shape future accessible services. For more information, click here.
