Family Fund's 'Discover More Support' tool
The Family Fund's website includes a section where families with a disabled or seriously ill child can look for charities and organisations that can help them.
'Discover More Support' covers support such a Government schemes, grants and funding for breaks. Information can also be filtered, for example to show results for Wales. You can access the information for Wales here.
