Want to try blind baseball or pickle ball?
Sight Life is wanting to develop Blind Base Ball throughout Wales, and to introduce an accessible version of Pickle Ball as a new sport for blind and partially sighted people.
The South Wales Dragons recently played at their very first Blind Baseball festival against three other teams. The festival was held for the first time in Wales at the Pontcanna Fields in Cardiff. The Welsh Dragons came 2nd place and one of their Players Joseph Anim known as Kuuku won the best defender trophy. Six Sight Life members from Swansea made up the team with an additional new member from Powys.
