Thomas Pocklington Trust has produced a new guide to mental health and wellbeing for vision impaired young people who are at university, or thinking about going there. It will also be useful for parents or professionals.
Topics covered include academic pressures, loneliness, money or housing difficulties and worries about life after graduation. It outlines what support is available for students and includes links to services, resources and webpages. You can find out more and download the 19-page guide here.
