'Missing Voices' project produces report on findings
The 'Missing Voices' project was set up by the Electoral Reform Society Cymru to examine the reasons for the low turnout in Welsh local elections and National Assembly elections. A project report has now been produced, based on focus groups across Wales (including one with Wales Council of the Blind) and an on-line survey.
The report is based around three themes: confusion, frustration, and hope. The access problems experienced by vision impaired people were highlighted. You can read the full report here.
