Guide Dogs Family Fun Sports Day at RNC
Guide Dogs is holding a Family Fun Sports Day at the Royal National College for the Blind, Hereford HR1 1DT on Saturday 28th September, between 9.30am-4pm, and children aged 10 and over with a vision impairment and their immediate family members are invited to come along.
Have you ever tried archery, acoustic shooting, judo, goalball, blind football or boccia? You can try them all at the Fun Day, with support from Guide Dogs' specialist coaches. You'll enjoy unlimited hot and cold refreshments, a buffet lunch for all, and a take-home goody bag for each child. Guide Dogs staff will all be on hand throughout the day to answer your questions, plus there's the chance of a cuddle with a buddy dog!
The event is free, and there's space for 60 guests. Email familyevents@guidedogs.org.uk for a booking form. Siblings of any age are also welcome, although parental involvement may be required for younger children to take part in activities.
