Sensory Walks in Tredegar and Monmouthshire

Sensory walks allow you to use your senses to connect with your surroundings whilst being active. Sense Cymru, the organisation for people with complex disabilities including deafblindness, is organising walks in Tredegar and in Magor.

Details are:

  • 23rd November from 10.30 am to 12 pm, at Bedwellty House Tredegar, more information here.
  • 21st December from 10.30 to 12 pm, at Magor Marsh Reserve Whitehall, Magor, more information here.
Taking part in this activity will help you develop your senses, mobility and will allow you to meet new people whilst enjoying nature. The event is free, but places are limited. You can book via the website, or contact lauren.heath@sense.org.uk or 07876 870949.
