Getting the services you need in the digital age

With so much information and many critical services increasingly being provided online, the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales has produced a new information leaflet that highlights your rights to access information and services in a way that suits you.

You can download 'Getting the information and services you need: Know Your Rights', and listen to an audio version, here. Those without online access can also request a copy on audio CD or in braille by contacting the Commissioner's office on 03442 640 670.

The Commissioner has also produced guidance for Local Authorities and Health Boards, detailing their responsibility to ensure that people can access information and get to the services they need by offline channels, or should they choose. You can read this document here.

The Commissioner is also asking that, if you know an older person who is not online and who needs an NHS Covid Pass, this can be obtained over the phone - the number to call is 0300 303 5667.
