Welsh Ambulance Service - Offer to local vision impairment groups and clubs

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust has had to cancel all their planned face to face events and engagement activities across Wales. However, one of their main concerns is to stay connected with members of the public, to meet and listen to their experiences, share information and enable them to influence the Trust's work.

If any local vision impairment group or club is holding virtual meetings, the Welsh Ambulance Service is offering to attend, to give members the opportunity to share their experiences of using their services including the 999 and 111 Wales telephone services, NHS Wales website and Patients Transport Service.

If you would like to take up this offer or discuss further, please contact Mandy Jenkins, Patient Experience & Community Involvement Co-ordinator via email at mandy.jenkins@wales.nhs.uk.
