Macular Week 2020 highlights the impact of macular disease and importance of research

This year's Macular Week was Monday 22nd to Sunday 28th June. The Macular Society highlighted the impact of the condition, and also the urgent need for more funding for research to find a cure. Nearly 1.5million people in the UK have macular disease, and it can affect people of all ages.

The Macular Society offers a wide range of support services to people affected by central vision loss. These include:
