Vision impaired rugby sessions at Cardiff Arms Park

Weekly rugby sessions for people with sight loss aged 16 and over are being held at Cardiff Arms Park.

The sessions are held on Tuesday evenings (except 19th November) from 5 pm to 6 pm. All are welcome, male and female. Please wear trainers or rugby/football boots and bring water. This is a fun and inclusive session for people with any level of sight impairment, for experienced rugby players and beginners alike. The Club House is open from 4:00 pm onwards if you would like to arrive early to get ready and have a coffee. If you aren’t sure of the way, just get in touch and you will be met at the entrance on Westgate Street.
