Aira App to help vision impaired passengers at Gatwick Airport

Gatwick Airport passengers with sight loss can now get help from the Aira app on their smartphone. Using the phone's camera, the app can connect them to an agent who will guide them through the airport, help them read documents or flight information, shop or even find their bag on the luggage carousel.

You can find out more, and get information on downloading Aira on Gatwick Airport's website.

The Aira app has been in operation at Heathrow Airport since December - for more information on this, click here.
