Transport for Wales - Passenger Assistance

The rail service for Wales and Borders is now run by Transport for Wales (replacing Arriva Trains Wales). Their website contains information for disabled people about the assistance services that they provide.

This includes a link to a bilingual assisted travel audio guide for customers with sight loss, which can be downloaded, and information on the Assistance Dogs Travel Scheme, as well as general information on booking tickets and assistance. All the information is on the 'Passenger Assistance' page.
