18-55 Socialise Group - (Vision Support)Service

Meets on the first Saturday of the month at 1.00pm - 4.00pm. The group has, for example, been snow tubing at Llandudno Ski Slope and Snow Board Centre, organised a successful Band Night at the Centenary Club in Wrexham and taken part in Personal Development Workshops. In partnership with UCAN Productions, members of the group are also having Ukulele lessons.

This is an activity club for children who have a vision impairment and their siblings, aged four to sixteen years. The club meets every fortnight on a Saturday to try out new activities, have fun and create friendships. Members of the club take part in a range of activities, including a Chocolate Making Workshop, Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Dry Slope Ski-ing and lots of other activities. Parents are able to network, get information and advice whilst the children enjoy themselves.
